About Us


Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators was birthed out of the struggle Elizabeth faced when she retired from federal service.  What should have been the happiest time, turned into moments of trepidation and worry.  Out of her retirement process, our mission was born to “move federal and Postal employees away from retiring based on a “date”, into retiring based on solid financial data.”  Elizabeth knows how it feels to have someone who genuinely cares about your future and retirement and she genuinely cares about helping you with your future decisions.

Our goal is to provide the families, businesses, and federal employee and retirees we serve with innovative financial strategies and solutions that result in financial clarity, security and overall financial health. Making strong commitments to our clients and building life-long relationships are tenets of success at Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators. As the owner and president of Inman Financial, LLC, home of Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators, Elizabeth is focused on pecuniary matters that impact your family. Their firm offers free Social Security Maximization Reports, FEGLI (life insurance) reviews, free federal annuity analysis, free federal benefit reviews, as well as estate planning reviews. Elizabeth is an educator who believes a lack of knowledge of financial matters results in poor planning for retirement. She is proud of her certified CHFEBC designation as a benefit coordinator with federal employees and her favorite clients are those who are retired or getting ready to retire.

Elizabeth has worked over 30 years both as a Federal employee and as a benefit coordinator and loves helping folks understand their benefits and by enhancing their retirement experience through her personal experiences when she retired. Her FEBC business model is derived from the five surprises she experienced when she retired from federal services. She is proud of her certified CHFEBC designation as a benefit coordinator with federal employees.

Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators is a member of the greater Tulsa Better Business Bureau and is proud to protect clients from the life insurance failures through free life insurance reviews.  Thousands upon thousands of life insurance policies fail every year and Elizabeth and her firm believe education is power and would love to schedule a free consultation to minimize your risk of this failure as well as other risks associated with retirement.

During their spare time, Tom and Elizabeth enjoys working with their church family, reading, helping hurting people, serving on the board of directors for various churches and camps, and spending time together as a family and with friends.  Elizabeth has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, is certified in MBTI and as well as Alternative Dispute Mediator for the state of Oklahoma.

Kelly Hutchinson

Vice President of Inman Financial, LLC, home of Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators

Kelly Hutchinson has a servant’s heart like no other. She loves to help people and empower them to be all they were created to be. She brings her professionalism, her skills, and her caring Spirit to work each and every day as she manages the Offices of Inman Financial, Inc., and Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators. Every encounter with Kelly is a blessing whether it is by phone or in person. 

Beyond her college education and professional business training, Kelly completed the specialized training in Federal Benefits and received her nationally recognized Chartered Federal Benefit Coordinator status enabling her to give solid, powerful information to federal employees and retirees concerning federal benefits and retirement.

Kelly is a native Texas gal, who has 2 children and 7 amazing grandchildren. She and her younger brother were blessed to be raised by two loving Christian Parents who taught them how to give and help others. She lived in a little Texas town for the first 18 years of her life before moving off to college. She has spent most of her adult life moving around about every two or three years with family in the oil and gas industry. This meant there were many career changes which gave her the expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, Office Management, Accounting, as a Department Manager for a major retail chain, and Merchant Position. She utilizes these skills in managing the office functions for our firm making the client experience the best ever. 

In 2015 she came to work for Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators in Skiatook, Oklahoma as Office Manager and Federal Benefit Coordinator. In Kelly’s free time, she is a hands on grandmother, an active Licensed Real Estate Agent, she stages homes, refinishes furniture, flips homes, loves camping, traveling, sports cars & motorcycles. Kelly looks forward helping you move forward to one of the most exciting times in your life.

Shannon Blankenship

Shannon works as the Office Assistant for Inman Financial LLC home of Federal Employee Benefit Coordinators.  She brings with her years of management experience in various retail and business organizations.  She prides herself in giving 100% effort to all she sets her hand to do.  She has been with our firm since 2009 and never finds a job to hard and you will never hear “not my job” from her.  She is dedicated and committed to helping us “serve the ONE”.

Shannon loves the faith-based, family environment of our firm and will be the first to make you feel at home and welcome.  She truly enjoys the teamwork and unity that creates the warm, caring environment not only for our clients but for each team member as well here in Skiatook.

She truly believes Proverbs 31:13 is being fulfilled I her life through her employment at Inman Financial LLC which states “She seeketh wool, and flax, and works willingly with her hands.”  She is dedicated and loyal and a blessing to our group.

Brook Harper

Event and Relationship Specialist

Brook Harper was raised here in Oklahoma and after traveling in her 20’s, she is happy to be back home. She truly enjoys helping others and has a very creative spirit. Brook has a true passion towards creating special events in the community and also putting everyones best interest at heart.

Brook has over 4 years experience as an event coordinator and has been around the insurance industry for over 30 years. She has her own business named Babbling Brook Marketing, LLC and utilizes her business in growing Inman Financial.

Brook had a very competive spirit during her youth and play collegiate basketball at Murray State College and also at Southeastern State University along with Cross Country. She grew up helping in her mothers store in Ada Oklahoma called Granny’s Attic and Granny’s Attic Bed and Breakfast. This has truly help mold to become the person she is today. Because of her passion to follow her heart and the desire to learn, she has worked as an assistant day care director, teacher, finance coordinator for MCCRC, payroll specialist, gym assistant manager, insurance agent, and also earned the title of regional event coordinator.

Brook is happily married and has a daughter who was born in January of 2016. She is active in her community and teaches Wednesday night at her church and volunteers her time to coach the local schools 5th and 6th grade basketball team.
